Bidding at Auction
As buyers agents we know the auction environment can be very intimidating. However, we can provide the advocacy you need here. We step in on your behalf, making sure all the necessary checks are in place. With a clear strategy mapped out for you, we’ll maximise your opportunities for property purchase.
With our research tools and extensive local knowledge as advocates we will:
- determine the value of your chosen property before auction day,
- provide you a price guide and agree on a maximum bid,
- confirm you have finances pre-approved,
- check building inspections are completed,
- ensure solicitors have reviewed the property’s contract for sale and discussed it with you.
Negotiation Only Service
You might enjoy the ‘hunt’; perhaps you will find your own property? However, you might choose to introduce an expert when it comes time to negotiate with the real estate agent. We are not emotionally attached to the property. We understand how sales agents operate and we know how to present offers correctly to secure the deal, and achieve the best outcome for you.
As your advocate we will:
- handle all the negotiations with the sales agent,
- ensure that you do not end up paying too much for your property,
- be objective and unbiased.

- Negotiate with selling agent to secure the deal,

We value establishing clear, upfront communications. It is vital to the success of our working relationship. After we have clarified your criteria and your budget, then we can then begin our journey together as a team! We want you to kick goals, and we want you to win!
Our fee structure will vary according to the service that you require (ie. negotiation only, bidding at auction or a complete end to end service).
Our fee structure is calculated on a percentage of the purchase price. This fee is made up of an initial engagement fee, (upfront retainer) with the remaining balance being paid on the successful acquisition of your property. We also have a ‘fixed fee’ option.
Our fees are negotiable and are agreed upon in advance.
